Getting started

Sign up, pick a plan, and we'll have you online today. For shared, WordPress and reseller plans, you'll get cPanel login details by email. For VPS and dedicated, you'll get root credentials and an IPMI link. Free migration from any host is included on every plan.

Shared & WordPress hosting

Both shared and WordPress plans run on LiteSpeed with cPanel. WordPress plans add managed auto-updates, staging environments, daily off-host backups, and a premium CDN. SSL is free and automatic on every domain via AutoSSL.

VPS hosting

VPS plans run on Proxmox VE 8 / KVM in our London facility. Provisioning is under 60 seconds — cloud-init applies your SSH key, sets rDNS, and the VM boots straight into your distribution of choice. Each customer gets a dedicated VLAN; private networks between your own VMs are free.

Dedicated servers

Dedicated servers ship within 4–24 hours of order during UK business hours. Every server has IPMI / KVM-over-IP on a private VLAN accessible via our SSL VPN. Hardware replacement SLA is 4 hours — the spare is on the rack from day one.

Reseller hosting

Reseller plans give you WHM, free white-label nameservers (ns1.yourbrand.tld), and free SSL on every account you create. WHMCS integration is supported on every tier; Reseller-L includes a free WHMCS Owned licence. Migrations between cPanel hosts are free, every time.

Billing

Monthly or annual billing (annual saves 20%). VPS plans support hourly billing with a monthly cap — hourly rate is the monthly price ÷ 730. Payment by card, SEPA, BACS, or BTC. UK VAT is added at checkout; reverse-charge applies for valid EU VAT IDs.

API

VPS and dedicated plans expose a REST API and a Terraform provider (beta) for full lifecycle management — create, snapshot, resize, destroy. Tokens are scoped per project and rotatable from the panel. Shared and reseller plans use the standard cPanel UAPI.
