How fast can I get a dedicated server?
Standard configurations ship the same business day if ordered before 14:00 UK. Custom builds (more RAM, extra disks) typically take 2–3 working days.
Can I install my own ISO?
Yes — every server has IPMI/KVM-over-IP and you can mount any ISO from your control panel. Reinstalls are free, any time.
What about RAID and backups?
Dual NVMe in RAID 1 is standard on all plans. Off-server backups are an add-on — £8/mo per 100 GB to our Veeam-backed backup target.
Can I add more IPs?
Yes — additional IPv4 from £1.50/mo each, or a routed /29 (5 usable) for £6/mo. Subject to RIPE justification on larger blocks.
